It would be great if it was possible to block the individual navigation pages until they were accessed or a certain progress in the quiz was achieved. Example: We have 3 pages. Navigation page 3 is only activated on all pages when page 3 has also been accessed. On page 2, I can then select navigation page 3.

You can do this using the “Multi-way Experiences” feature in Genially, where access to pages depends on users' progress and decisions.
To do this, you must first activate the “Microsite” navigation mode, as this removes the standard navigation arrows and controls the entire process exclusively with clicks. You then go to the “Interactive Questions” area in the editor and use the option for branched scenarios with “decision points.” Each selection can link to a specific page.
With regard to blocking or activating navigation pages depending on progress (e.g. that page 3 is only available after it has been reached), this is not available as a direct lock function, but is simulated. To do this, you can duplicate the pages or routes (a “blocked” and an “unlocked” version) and configure the links so that the user is redirected to the activated version after completing a task.
This allows you to simulate the behavior you described, in which certain pages are only accessible after a defined progress has been made.
