  1. In “activities”, you can't search by user (name, email...), really not practical when you have lots of users!
  2. You should be able to request several fields for individual tracking: one for the name, one for the first name, one for the email...
  3. When the “individual tracking” feature is activated, the field to be filled in only allows 20 characters max = sometimes it's not enough for the email address...
