Credit control management

Currently at the University, students have a limited option to create images with AI, but the rest of them share permissions with teachers. Reviewing usage, we have students who have spent huge amounts of credits with AI Builder, Generating Voices and Removing the Background... I consider it VERY NECESSARY to be able to limit the use of AI credits per user or group. Establish a limit for students and give the possibility of setting a limit to teachers that is also differentiated. Even if you could configure usage limits by group, it would be optimal. Students of the Master's Degree in AI or Digital Tools, it is normal that they require a higher expenditure of these credits.

Management and limitation of IA credits

In the time we have been working with Genially, we have observed that there is no way to limit or distribute AI credits.
It is true that students have limited some AI features; however, in other functions they have permissions similar to other roles. After analyzing usage patterns, we have identified that some students have come to consume very high volumes of credits in some features.
In this context, we believe that it would be especially valuable if Genially incorporated the possibility of establishing more granular usage policies. Specifically, allowing the configuration of differentiated boundaries between student and teacher profiles would provide greater control and a more balanced management of resources.
In the same way, it would be very useful to be able to define specific restrictions by groups or roles. Having this flexibility would make it possible to adjust resources to the real needs of each group, optimizing both credit consumption and the pedagogical value of the tool.

Hello! Thank you very much for your comment, it helps us a lot to improve. We agree that restricting certain functions to students is essential to maintain a balance in team activity and, as you said, in the consumption of AI credits. We are already working to establish these limits on June 1. Soon we will tell you more.

From our University, this is something that we have also commented on and we think it is a functionality that is not only useful but also very necessary for credit management. We support this request and would appreciate it being considered
