Thanks for your answer Meri. I'd like to make a correction. I signed up for the subscription in 2024 (€59.90). I don't think this is fair. I didn't receive any notification that the offer had expired. I'd like to cancel this subscription and request a refund (I haven't used Genially in the last few months).

Hello Jaime! It’s likely that you started your paid Genius subscription last year with a back-to-school offer. When the offer expires, your subscription renews at the original Genius price. I hope that helps.
