Name already in use

We have over 1100 learners accessing our Genially courses, some of whom share the same first and last name. Additionally, if someone has a browser issue or revisits the course later, sometimes their name becomes locked "in use" and they cannot re-enter the course without typing in a different name. In order to track individual stats, we need this feature to function more seamlessly, allowing for a better user-experience. Is there a helpful work around, or can this issue be remedied?

I agree and you should be able to configure the window (size, font, colors, etc.)
